Bengbu Railway Station East Plaza Development
The construction of a new high-speed train station in the east of Bengbu initiates the upcoming development for an educational district in the west and a business district in the east of the station. These two new developments will be the catalysts for the entire east city development and the station. Located in the heart of the new development, the new Plaza will function as the new gateway, welcoming passengers and directing them to their long and short distance destinations. The station becomes an important transportation center which connects all transportation modes in one place.
To serve the vast amount of people moving into the city of Bengbu, the station will be providing a city bus terminal, long and short distance bus terminals, a subway station, taxi stands, as well as a public plaza with retail and hotel, on both sides of the station.
